If we do these things, I believe he will be more intuned to help us. Because he deserves to be 1st in our lives, he wants us to SHOW him he is # 1. Its time OUT for just lip service. One way we can do that is to make a SACRED place somewhere in our home. NO playing or cussing, because this is where you are going to meet him for 1 hour everyday. If you work 1st or 2nd, meet with him, before you start your duties. If you work 3rd, after you get the kids off to school, spend an hour with him, before you do anything. Get on your knees and stretch out your arms (this is called POSTRATING) before him, it is us being HUMBLE to him. He wants us to come to him broken in spirit, so pour out your heart to him, shed your RELIGIOUSLY (formality), talk to him like you talk in a casual manner. Make promises to him, that you know you can keep. Ask him to help you with those you cant keep. This place will ALWAYS be for him, so keep it HOLY
