If you are doing tomorrows CrossFit mainsite workout of a chipper of a lot of exercises (and 50 of each, though not exactly Filthy 50), unless you do a lot of GHD situps you might want to consider a few of these post-WOD stretches. Fifty GHDs will take their toll on you for days ... every time you sneeze ... every time you roll over at night ... oy, we could go on tabatatimes/5-post-crossfit-yoga-poses-ghd-sit-ups/
