We are thinking of starting a Artist Coop because we need to fill the gallery with all your talent. Send to [email protected]. If you have already answered this in an email from me, please ignore. Otherwise here is the survey if you missed getting it by email. The Survey: Q1: Would you be interested in having a space at the Jean Carr Gallery every month except our 3 annual show dates? Q2: If the rental fee for the space was $15 a month or less, with lots of room for your art, cards, etc., would that be appealing to you? Q3: If you could share a time to work the gallery with 15 to 20 other artists, so we could keep it open more days, would that be appealing to you? Q4: Would you be willing to work the gallery one or two days a month with another artist, if that is all the time you would have to put in to assure the gallery stays open to show your art? Q5: Would you like your art to be displayed in a National Art Magazine, featuring the Jean Carr Gallery, if the cost was split between 15-20 artist and the cost would be under $20 for a full page ad? Q6: Do you feel an Artist Coop ( sharing art space in the gallery) featuring numerous artists and allowing the gallery to stay open more, change how you feel about joining the Artists of the Arbuckle Association and becoming more involved in its activities? More people involved insures less work for all! Q7: Many artists coop have been successful in places like Santa Fe and Albuquerque and with the new Artesian Hotel opening, the Jean Carr Gallery should be very busy in the next few months. Would you be interested in joining the artists coop and placing your work in the gallery to sell for the November and December holiday season, to see how it works out on a trial basis? Q8: Would you please leave a commit here regarding how you feel about an Artists Coop?
