If you could be the Sofia Coppola or Steven Spielberg of your life how would you direct it? Ive always had an aversion to Tony Robbins for some reason, but a good friend recently lent me one of his books - and Ive actually found it very useful! In particular he talks about noticing your inner state and changing it much like a movie director changes the mood of a MOVIE. As an iMovie fan this speaks to me so much ;) The images / words / soundtrack you pick in a video influence so much of the overall effect! In much the same way so do the images / words and sounds we hear in our day-to-day lives influence our movie! I made a conscious choice to start listening to more HIGH ENERGY music, focusing on specific pictures and putting notes around my house - and these little tweaks are already having an effect.
