If youre not getting the results you want in fat loss, the first thing I suggest is a food log. First, dont change anything you eat...just write down EVERYTHING you eat for 7 days...no matter how small of a crumb it is. Then look at it next week and assess. If youre like most people, youll start to see patterns in terms of calories sneaking in and adding up. THEN you take an objective look and adjust your eating patterns based on actual data...not just I think Im doing good on my diet.
