If youre training is going well, and youre doing all of the physical things required to make the fat cry, then what is holding you back from getting the results you desire, losing the extra inches you cant seem to shake. Answer: its always in the food youre ingesting, the foods youre not willing to give up. Sometimes we need to make better choices, different choices, get away from comfort foods and should not be afraid to simply try something new. And in doing so, giving it enough time so that your body can show you it likes what you are giving it, and responds accordingly. Eating cake, Candy corns, wheat, bagels, sugar laced coffees and donuts is such a selfish action. It satisfies your mind because you think you need it but poisons the body which tells me you are void of the mind/body connection. After a 45 day layoff (injured my back) Im back on track with my training, nutrition and mind/body connection. And Ive replaced my old way of eating with bacon, eggs, avocado and the occasional steak and sausage. And will be taking another photo Dec 7th to show you Ive improved even more. If youre wondering why about a lot of things, look at the carbs and sugars you are consuming. Start slowly reducing and start adding in real food, real fats.
