Im on a very strict more gin/less beer diet. Its working so far. The pounds are flying off! ... Also replaced mayonnaise with fish sauce. And instead of eating meat, cheese or sweets, I just eat cabbage. Mmmm, cabbage! The elliptical machine is probably helping a little but I hate it! I hate you so much elliptical machine! If you were dying of thirst i WOULD piss on you because it would ruin your circuit board and you would die. Your feet holder thingies would still spin but you would be brain dead. So if anyone were to use you, it would be like dancing with a dead person. Your brain dead soul-less corpse just spinning and spinning, on and on, at the same resistance level.
