Felix was in the adoption ward at NYCACC. Unfortunately, he caught a cold. That earned him a place on NYCACCs death row. Instead of a few days of antibiotics, NYCACC is going to execute him. We have until noon tomorrow to save him. He is described as totally sweet and loving. A volunteer writes: Who is the chatterbox of the adoption ward? Its Felix the cat, the wonderful, wonderful cat. Come inside and he will yak, yak, yak away trying to get your attention. He is active and happy and ready to go home to that forever home of happiness.
