Im planning to lead a battle to take the nation back. It will be with a constitutional amendment meant to make it unconstitutional for any body outside of a duly elected legislature to have rulemaking powers. Whether federal or state, or city or county, or in between, such as regional, theyd better have been elected at large or their rulemaking power is void. Rulemaking doesnt belong in the executive branch. Nor in agencies created by legislation. Its time to make constitutional government constitutional in America. I plan my book launch to coincide with this effort, and the energy one creates will help launch them both. If I can get critical mass, which means enough money to sustain myself, and the effort, then this is what I will do with the rest of my life. It will be my lifes work. And it will be what the crazy twists and turns of my life has prepared me for. This doesnt have to be a left or right issue. My daughter, Sandra is on the left. She comes to this issue because in her work in government, she realizes that the left has lied to her. She can retain as much of the left as she wants to. Ill be happy either way. But, the left can join us on this issue. Unless theyre ignorant of everything from A to Z, and just dont care. If you let the Left lock up school curriculum and enforce the gates, not allowing anyone escape, then they will own the country. And with it, the death of our nation. The confrontation in Nevada has taught us a lesson in failure, when rulemaking is allowed in the Department of the Interior.
