Im signing off for the night and wanted to leave you this lovely post. HOPE is one of the most basic of feelings we all require. When we dont have hope - it takes away so much from us and stops us from believing the future has anything good to hold for us. I know many struggle with hopelessness on this page and its also one of the biggest factors in suicide as well. My wish for those of you without hope is that youll dig deep down into that place that is still there in spite of tremendous pain and trauma. To seek out that small glimmer or sliver of hope and hold onto it for all youre worth. There always is hope even when your mind convinces you otherwise. Sometimes we get lost and forget its there, but reach out, let someone support you and help you find your hope again. Good night, have hope and be well. ~ Barb
