Imagine going to a job interview and when you discuss pay you tell them this... 1. First, I would like 15% commissions on everything I sell up to $499 and 25% for everything after I reach $500. 2. I expect to receive a $100 bonus just for getting 3 people to join me. 3. I would also like to buy the products at wholesale prices every month. 4. I expect you to provide me with a website and FREE online training plus training events in Florida, Maui, and other amazing places around the U.S. and also pay me to go to these amazing places!!! 5. When I bring in and train any new teammates, I think I deserve 5% of their sales. 6. I would like the opportunity to rapidly advance within the company and earn amazing bonuses. 7. I expect to share in the profits of the company by way of Profit Sharing, I want to be eligible for that Profit Sharing from my very first day, and I want you to give me and my co-workers 50% of what your company makes. 8. When I do well, I expect a LOT of praise and recognition, plus a personal connection with the TOP Leadership in the company. 9. I expect you to allow me to have my spouse, friends and family work here. 10. By the way, I need to set my own schedule and work only when it suits me and my family. 11. Oh, and I expect to drive a free Lexus too once I get to a certain level with the company. 12. One last thing, once I am at the top...I want you to allow me to re-enter as a new employee, under myself so that I can do it all over again. Would this be what you would want?
