In All Things Give THANKS..I Have Always loved the Atmosphere and delictable aromas ,while cooking Thanksgiving dinner.A bittersweet memory of my Mom cooking all night and the few times she would allow me to help in the kitchen. My job was peeling the potatoes to make the potatoe salad,oh my how good it was,she used plenty of boiled eggs,sweet pickles,mayo and a hit of celery seeds.We always had extended family to share Thanksgiving with us..This Tradition Continues.Let me tell ya My mom could flat out cook,she knew how to cook anything and make it taste good.Coon,possom,rabbit,squirrle,cooter,tripe,ox tails,chicken feet, you name it she could and would cook it..Now yall know where I get my diverse food preferences.:))))) I often get Ms.McCoy whatchat eating????LOL This Day I Pray All of YOU Be Abundantly Blessed Thank The Lord For Health,Wealth and Wisdom.
