In January this year, Afghanistan veteran Paul Mackay sadly lost - TopicsExpress

In January this year, Afghanistan veteran Paul Mackay sadly lost his battle with PTSD when he climbed Scarface Mountain in the Saranac Lake district of New York State and passed on. It was a great suprise to receive an email from Saranac Lakes Mayor, Clyde Rabideau, saying that he has organised an Anzac Day ceremony in Saranac Lake and a poppy to be laid for Paul on the summit of Scarface Mountain. This gesture ensures that the memory of Paul, and all of those who have served and fallen, will be recognised and remembered in a town deeply touched by Pauls service and loss. A big Thankyou to Mayor Rabideau and the people of Saranac Lake - faith in humanity, restored.
