In a comment to the mend have it worse (which I agree with) because of the whole draft thing. Pffft. My overall comment to the issues having to do with equality.: Its because of the granting of rights instead of equal protection of rights...the mandatory requirement [for men to register for service] is unconstitutional since its for the standing army and not the well regulated militia (Federalist Paper No4 and 5). But, whatever...we have rule by edict and not law.,,in this corporate democracy (Reconstruction Act of 1871) which is suppose to be a Republic (Article IV section 4 of the Constitution FOR the United States.) The government became a corporation with interest in capitalism (State capitalism is fascism) and You and the fruits of your labor became chattel on a interest bearing debt (Federal Reserve notes US dollars* are a debt to a private corporation) of the government. In a Republican form of government - NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE CORPORATION OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY - there is NO state capitalism and there is the protection of inherent rights of the individual. In a democracy, 51% rule over 49%...its a mob rule or majority rule. In a republic, if 99.999% of the people tell you, for example, you cant smoke weed, they lose. Why? Because your body is your property and you have the right to use YOUR property as you wish as long as you do not infringe upon the inherent right of others. This is a common law writ called corpus delecti. There must be an injured party that is not the state...which runs the court system in a secret jurisdiction of the corporation of the state they like to call statutory jurisdiction. In statutory jurisdiction, there is no common sense and the state charges you for every aspect of it and what ever edict comes from legislature overwhelms the constitution. In common law, the supreme law of the land, their edicts DO NOT overwhelm the LIMITED authority they have been vested with. A great example of that is the bank bailouts. To what purpose is committing those limited authorities to paper and vested to those public servants that took an oath to uphold it if acts prohibited and acts allowed are of equal obligation and those whom are intended to be restrained are not? Its a banana republic and kangaroo courts. The problem is systemic. Theyll continue to use these football issues like feminism to distract from the real problems, causality and solutions. *The US Dollar is defined by the Coinage Act of 1792; the ratio of silver to gold was pegged at 16 to1 by a later act...I forget the year.
