In a land where universally recognised RIGHTS to honour, - TopicsExpress

In a land where universally recognised RIGHTS to honour, reputation & privacy of residents are being trampled upon everyday by reckless journalists/writers, will any Human Rights Commission worth its salt, release its annual report without condemning the flagrant abuse of such sacred rights to honour, reputation & privacy? Sierra Leone’s Human Rights Commission has overlooked this all-important issue and instead gone on to issue a Call for the repeal of the only deterrent to journalism despots. What a shame to Chairman Moses Khanu and his other Commissioners! Hope next year’s report will be more inclusive in condemning abuse of ALL rights. Lonta!
