In a time like this a sad sad time when an elderly couple lost - TopicsExpress

In a time like this a sad sad time when an elderly couple lost their home and all their personal belongings and people are turning their fundraiser into a hurricane of turmoil. The purpose is the Windsors, no your popularity. There was a meeting last wed. Scott Todd, The Dorchester Waterman Jim Windsor and myself. Plans were implemented and started. These were the only people on the planning committee. Helen Lewis was asked to help with baked items. Robert Bullen and Mickey Dean did the event page for the event this page which is the official page. Narrow minded people have turned this awesome event into a challenge and over stepping the organizing that was already placed. There is talk of drop off by noon at the Legion for baked goods. No the plans are to have all set up night before and only food and desserts the day of so this event will not be delayed from the start time. A true member of the actual committee would know this. And we dont want anyone mailing out donations we will pick them up, There are drop offs, Crabi Gras, Papa JohnsMeg Windsor, and call me and I will pick them up. I am so sorry that things like this have to happen in a time like this. And what kind of person creates a event of their own when this event was Scott Todd, Dorchester Waterman, and if there are any questions Scott Todd has put the charge to Jim Windsor, so if there are any questions please contact them. This is a event to help and there would be so much less confusion and this smooth sailing if everyone didnt over step their boundaries. I am sorry for this post but it is out of hand, it is not a competition and confusion causes pain. So any question please contact me Chris Coulbourne Windsor. lets make this the best event ever. Thank you for all the support so far it has been over whelming.
