Section 1, Rule 8 is amended to read as: “Not later than five (5) days after the conduct of the elections, candidates shall be reminded and advised in writing, by personal delivery or registered mail, to comply with the obligation to file their statements of contributions and expenditures in connection with the elections.” 3. Section 5, Rule 8 is removed or deleted.
