In light of what happened in Paris and the media attention on the horrific terrorist attack I am left with a sadness that in North America the bombing of the NAACP is seen merely as a hate crime. This seems to be yet another account of where a right wing extremist type is only considered a criminal rather than a terrorist. Both my thesis and other pieces published openly discuss white privilege within in the world of terrorism.
