In my inbox this morning....Deidra Shares this with us :) I started my challenge right at the peak of the holidays, with all the food and parties, but still lost 10 lbs,9.5 inches (4 inches off my waist),two sizes smaller in my shirts and sweaters. My nursing scrubs are much looser also! I went on group trip this past weekend and people where asking me if I was losing weight?
