The boots slogan is lets feel good well I can safely say this is most prevalent at my local store and pharmacy! The wonderful people who work there are obviously loyal to the boots franchise and I feel so blessed to have them looking after me and my medications, I wouldnt trust any other store and I would rather drive 100 miles to get to this store than use one thats more convenient. I have many reasons for why I feel this way but there isnt enough room to note them all!! Firstly I am always kept in the loop about decisions affecting medication changes and reasons as to why theyre happening. When new tablets are added I get informed and my medication dispenser Carole makes the additions in the easiest and most accommodating way to suit me personally. I am also given advise regarding side effects and the way to take them that makes them work in the most most beneficial way. I have also been given reliable and accurate medical advise by the pharmacist on duty, I went to see him regarding me monitoring my blood sugars, I didnt know what counted as high or low ands the pharmacist was fantastic, he looked online to get exact numbers and explained things in a way I could easily understand. Also the prescription services this boots store does are incredible, I mean absolutely fantastic! I can phone them to ask for something that wouldnt come in my regular delivery and it gets sorted amazingly quickly, I have NEVER been left short of something or run out completely due to the organisation, level headedness and methodical way the team work in. If I order something a day or so before my delivery then it will always get sent with the rest and theyre completely reliable on that. But if Ive ordered something and its going to mean I have to wait longer than that then they get it delivered no matter what! Rob, the manager has even walked to my flat to deliver items before....thats true dedication and they should all be highly praised on that! Also I would like to say due to this wonderful pharmacy and the awesome support of the staff I have nearly completely come off nicotine replacements therapies, another one if their fantastic attributes. This boots store has put me in touch with other local health authorities as well regarding getting myself a sharps box, I didnt know where to go but they helped me get it sorted. Nothing is ever too much for this strong, hardworking team and I just want to say-THANK YOU!! This pharmacy is the absolute best you will visit, my life is made so much easier by using them and theyre really great, approachable, warm people so theyre easy to talk to and there is privacy available should it be needed....you will NEVER find a better boots than this one :-) I recommend my Boots pharmacy at Guildford Stoughton Road.
