In the last 4 days Ive cleaned up vomit, treated fever, disinfected the house, provided repeated reassurance, took a trip to the ER, and was called out of church during the sermon because the Sheriffs office was looking for us due to some runaway cows. We mended fences, ate a nice lunch together and 12 hours later both boys started feeling bad again. So, we are still treating the sick, Im still handing out meds but the cows are secure. Heres hoping that Darras back and side pain today is not a returning kidney stone...Just keeping it real! Thankful for having everything we need to get better! #itshandytobeanurse #wefoundthefenceproblem
