In the past 48 hours Adam and I have started our own Contest Prep business (I do the Contest Prep plans and coaching, he does the mental/emotional support for us all with his Counseling background, both run the business side), met with clothing reps and decided to list the house so we can expand the gym. When we first met I was always so scared of change or anything new but since then hes been able to help me push outside my comfort zone (and Ive tried to reign him in haha) - competing, trips to Australia, Thailand, Philippines, moving to China, whitewater rafting, skydiving, bungee jumping, surprising me with a motorbike and then when we became pregnant surprising me with a convertible to use for the summer instead. The point is Ive learned that despite fears and enjoying the feeling of comfort that change, that trying something new, can be so exciting and rewarding that you need to just go for it sometimes. So this week were going for it, we have big ideas, were making them happen. Thank you to all those who support us and to those who say were crazy but stand by us anyways.
