In the present system, smaller companies get manpower which is at the lower end of the pyramid . The people who are conventionally perceived as nobodies . My personal experience is when these so called nobodies are made to believe in their abilities and given the understanding of they not having clutches of education for growth , the resilience they show can be channelised in to brilliant and outstanding out put , which can beat any top of the pyramids. Just believe in them.
