Instead of this standard norm, there is only tu-tu-main-main between the two major parties, thereby denigrating to extremely perverse personal level accusations. Unfortunately, these mud slinging is taken to the public domain by the over-active 24x7 media.Rather than compelling the political entities to follow the route of critical analysis of the socio-economic situation and elaborating the development paradigm as offered by each to score brownie points, the media is aiding and abetting the dirty game. Why not Arnab Goswami or Rajdeep Sardesai arrange a national debate on policies and programmes of development by Mr. Modi and his counterpart from the INC ?
