Incumbents Retain Seats on County Commission Randy Gean Wins Seat Dan Paschall Holds Paris, Tenn.- Three of the five county commission districts had contested races. In District 1, the leading vote getter was Chief Deputy at the Henry County Sheriff’s Office Randy Gean. Gean had 740 votes to win a seat on the county commission in district 1. He will take the seat currently occupied by Dan Paschall who didnt seek reelection. Incumbents Wes Bradley and Don Jones won their re-election bid as Bradley had 561 votes and Jones had 558 votes. Mike White grabbed 300 votes and Jeremie Schultz had 291 votes. District 2 voters re-elected all three incumbents to the county commission with Kreg Kyle getting 655 votes, Paul Neal had 645 votes and Bobby Freeman had 530 votes. Kert Blackwood was seeking a seat but fell short in his bid with 419 votes. All three incumbents seeking re-election for a seat on the county commission in district 5 won Thursday night. David Webb had 931 votes, Connie McSwain had 911 votes, and Greg Carter had 621 votes. Torrance Atkinson had 471 votes, but fell short of winning a seat on the county commission. In District 2, voters choose a new constable as Chris Coley defeated incumbent John Krezinski. Coley took 68% of the vote with 691 votes and Krezinski ahd 324 votes or about 32%.
