Education: Bachelors in Sciences / Masters in Sciences / MBA ( applicants with Scrum or PMP certification will be preferred) Work experience: Application must have prior new product development, project management or operations management experience in Telecommunication Industry. (applicants with Web and OS application development experience will be preferred) Potential Career Path: Innovation manager, product manager, project manager or new product development manager. Your typical day at work: Scout industrial, academic and entrepreneurial technologies based on a potential fit with Telenor Strategy and product portfolio. Manage cross-functional teams in both Waterfall and Agile project management settings. Act as the product liaison with key vendors and external technology partners utilizing Open Innovation methodologies (e.g. Co-development) Use both internal and external stimulus, trends, insight & research to generate creative product solutions. Analyze products and innovation trends in areas such as Cloud computing, M2M, Mobile Applications, Social Media. Collaborate with other commercial, technology and finance divisions on new product ideas and their realization. Facilitate/lead internal and external ideation sessions, focus groups and other idea generation processes.
