Interspersed between holiday celebrations, saw two movies overflowing with a whole lot of symbolism. Wild and Into the Woods - two different films but very similar in the theme of going into the vast unknown to learn about whats already familiar. Good lessons for the new year, resolutions and just preparing for the surprises that life brings - good and not. Think my first resolution will be to love the shoes, in which I walk - but tie the laces tight. Into the woods--you have to grope, but thats the way you learn to cope. Into the woods to find theres hope of getting through the journey.
