Is curious about something and therefore would like to pose a question to all of his family/friends/contacts. Its a question that has perplexed me for all forty years of my life on this planet and so here it is: How is it that some people in this world can be a complete and total whine ass and get away with it? For full disclosure this is not (emphasis on not) directed at any of the 93 individuals who comprise my family/friends/contacts.
