It is Bread week on the Great British Bake Off tonight! In light of this our recipe of the day is Kesra Moroccan Bread! Kesra bread is a wheat loaf seasoned with traditional North African herbs and spices. Perfect for tearing and sharing around the meal table! We used Kamut bread flour, dried yeast, fine cornmeal and bulghur wheat to make our loaf. We flavoured it with harissa spice, saffron and ginger!
