It is important that you know I did not write this but it is clearly one of the most moving things I have read on FB, I am sharing for this very reason.. sometimes in life we get a surprise we find a person or something that moves our very soul when we realize there are those that get this.....the person who wrote this is Michael Clean-Foods Sage and he shared the video by Antonis Aggeliss. 10 hrs · Edited · Money has no power, kindness and love have power. I visualize having 52 million dollars everyday, just so I can drive around the country and give it all away and make a difference in someones life everyday. Every time I receive money, I take part and go make a difference in somebodies life with it. This simple act, even if its a simple note or doing something random for a stranger is such a moving gesture, I often smile for days. People give me gifts and money and it moves me for weeks. I share that gift and it moves me for months, especially to someone who hasnt been shown kindness in a long time. Little anonymous letters of love attached, so they know they received love from a complete stranger, wow. I know people who can not do this exercise, they can not give, even to a stranger. Its completely the weirdest thing I have ever seen. I give people assignment to go buy a cup of coffee for a stranger or write a note, all anonymously, they cant do it. One of the reasons I let a person go from my life, many, many years ago was a severe ass chewing I received from this friend for giving $500 to a childrens hospital. I always gave lots of money away back then, when I had lots of money and to me this was nothing compared to what I usually gave, now its like a months pay. Funny. So how far confused must you be to chew someone out for giving to a charity, especially when its not your money? I knew people who literally spent just on their target credit card $3000 a month and would step over homeless people. Good Christian friends seem the hardest to do acts of kindness. Hey, I understand how they justify it, I go to church, I give to the church, I have done my part. Thats fine, I get it, your soul is set. What I am saying here is; Its the actual act of performing actual acts of kindness, is where all the pure joy in life is, one on one. Anonymous ones are even better, with little notes of kindness and love attached. Sometimes when I receive and give, I just break down crying. Giving is not a payoff to get you into heaven, giving is what you do to create heaven for yourself right now. Here is the thing, no one has to know your the one doing it and it will light up your heart for a week. Step out of your comfort zone, let go of your belief that someone has to do something to earn money. I used to only buy stuff for college kids, the poor and the elderly. God, what if you simple act of kindness cracks open the heart of a man in a suit, who believes he is separate from the world? What difference he might make in the world? Everyone is worthy of kindness and love, sure a homeless person may break down crying, but so may the guy sitting in his Jaguar in his suit. We all have pain and we all want to be loved. The biggest mistake I made was believing one person deserved and needed love and another didnt. We all have pain and we all need love, we change the world by realizing we are all one, not separate.
