It is quite alarming the entry of HANDA VIRUS in the capital city of Trivandrum. Kerala being thickly populated stat, the possibility to spread around is very high. Our capital, Trivandrum was suffering with stray dogs very badly and currently attacked by Handa Virus and that too through air, according to Asia Net News today, and also by the the concerned Doctors. The real culprits are both the Governments, (UDF & LDF) and the Local Administration. They all are equally responsible for implementing the waste management, in time, like every city in the world, or at least like other citys in India. We, particularly all our politicians, proudly claim that, we are number one state in all in all respect and approach the innocent public to elect this culprits again and again. Currently a good percentage of our young generation start thinking that the veteran politicians are useless and they proved themselves that they are not competent enough for that position to rule the state. Every governments are claiming that great development they have achieved during their tenure, with out giving the bare minimum basic requirement to the city son. When I was young, about 40 to 45 years back a regular off-take was their in every municipality areas. That means there was a system operating in Kerala cities. What happen to that system, only God Knows. God only can save Kerala from this disaster.
