It takes high repetitions of reasonable weight to build lean muscle mass. We do between 330 to 700 rep sets depending on the muscle group at SuperSeT FiTness. Check me out increasing my lean muscle mass doing Workout #1 (Lats / upper back) muscle group. This is a 20-25 minute 315 rep workout after your 30 minute bike ride. Side Note: All clients including myself are doing the same workout routines.
