It was last Valentines day that I had my first taste of unofficial half mary....I have nothing then, no trainings, no running group, no proper diet----just guts! and yes, it was a funny 21km that took me 5hrs! Somehow deep inside, it gave me the spark that I need. That feeling that I can do so much more....and yes I did..so far from being excellent yet but already fills my heart with joy. Now my Fridays start with half mary and Im so glad I took that first step. #thankyouFRU
