Its 4 pm in the evening and I was exercising my complete democratic right of distributing flyers for Gadar Movement near the library in panjab university and had infact distributed more than 100 flyers to the students by hand, when suddenly a guard named shri manit singh came charging towards me and told me that he as received an order from one Dean madam on the second floor of student welfare department, that i should be stopped immediately from distributing flyers and that if i dont stop it , i should be immediately arrested by the police. He also took 2 flyers from me. On being asked let me distributed for few more times , he said he will call police.
