Its almost time for the Kentucky Derby! We are celebrating with new signature cocktails: The Jockey Club Martini and our signature WildCat Red named after one of the horses racing in the 2014 Derby! The Jockey Club Martini: 1.5 oz Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey 1 oz Martini Sweet Vermouth 0.25 Grenadine Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a brandied cherry. California Markets WildCat Red 1.5 oz Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey 3 oz Minute Maid lemonade (preferably; or any sweet lemonade) 1 oz Sweet Tea 1 oz Orange Juice 0.5 oz Simple Syrup 0.5 Grenadine Pour Bourbon into a pilsner glass and then fill with ice. Layer Bourbon with Sweet Tea, Lemonade, Orange Juice, and Simple Syrup (its okay if layers arent shown). Using a straw as a funnel, slowly pour grenadine so it sits on the bottom of the glass. Lift straw up slightly to allow grenadine to paint some of the lower liquid. Garnish with an orange wedge and a cherry. Enjoy the festivities!
