Its been a tough week in Creston. Our oven needed reset to correctly bake our products which is easy to do if you know how. Unfortunately I havent a clue and since it was a used oven; Im pretty much on my own. So I want to thank all the Creston customers including Norwayne schools for their patience with us this week. It was very stressful but I think its OK now. Im used to the old fashion oven where you put it in and take it out when its done. These automatic ovens are great once you have it set right but unless you buy it new its hard to find help. Thanks again for your patience and kindness. Sam
