Its been a while since Ive said anything on here, so I may as well say some end-of-the-year stuff: This year has been a blast. I made it through technical college, and afterwards I made a bewildering discovery. After making it through PAX Prime in Seattle, I discovered the wonderful world of Tabletop/ Board Games. Since then, Ive been involved with a local gaming group that meets at Lake Forest Parks Third Place Commons, where I now have played with, well over, 30 different board games, ranging from strategy, deck-building, worker placement, role-playing, cooperative, and much more. At the time of writing, I am the proud owner of a small handful of tabletop games, including Ticket to Ride: Europe, Small World, Star Realms, Munchkin, Magic: The Gathering and Seventh Hero.
