Its been so dark I kept thinking the sky would really open up and the rain would pour as had been predicted. Well, there was just one flash of lightening and some thunder and its raining but not hard at all. But I also see severe weather to the north in Mills county and we sure dont want that and the hail! But its strange how the weather computers can predict over an inch of rain and then as things progress the chances get less and less. But then in the end it all comes down to what the atmosphere has been eating and if its chocolate itll really pour from all the caffeine but if its yogurt we get whats going on right, rain but gentle. Health food, bah humbug! :-) Which, by the way, I watched Scrooge on dvd last night and its the original black and white and cant be beat. I remember as a kid and it would be on our tiny tv screen I would love it but it always scared me no matter how many times Id seen it and knew exactly what was going to happen. terry is out at the doctors for his cholesterol and triglycerides check up and hes been gone way longer than normal so I hope thats not a bad sign. Just thundered again. This is a good day for spaghetti and garlic bread. Dont know why its a good day for it other than Im hungry for it. :-) Its almost trick or treat day and a nice gloomy day to get the oil changed in our brooms and the spark plugs checked.
