Its days like today I get so angry with myself for ever letting my weight get so out of hand in the first place. A fastening piece of my CPAP mask that I have to wear because I have sleep apnea (thank you self-induced weight problem 😡) busted last night. The cost of replacement since we have yet to meet our deductible/out of pocket this year...$190.00. We have to pay it because I have to have it to breathe at night. This isnt a pity me post. This is an Im beyond fed up and this was the last straw post. This weight is history once and for all, and I dont have time to wait until October when I start with the Metabolic specialist. We get back from our trip late Sunday, and Monday starts my own Extreme Weight Loss episode. Anyone want to join me?
