Its nearly 2am and I Need to have a rant. No one up, all in bed sleeping. No one to speak too. Have been in agony since 10pm and I have had all the painkillers and morphine I am allowed in one day. Pain will just not go away. Feeling so sick but cant be sick. Walking the floor, cant sit for too long either. Since the start of Holby City Ihave tried to take my mind off the pain and have been trying to bake, I have baked 4 Banana and Chocolate, 2 Gingerbread, 2 Madeira and 2 Carrot Cake Loaves. Thats the last 2 going in the oven now. No one understands pain until they have it themselves. I have never, never experienced pain in all my life like the pain I have been suffering for months. Glad I saw the Consultant on Tuesday afternoon and that he is going to go ahead with my hip replacement operation as he knows that I have been suffering with this pain for the last year but due to medical reasons I could not have the operation. He has now decided that he will just go ahead with the operation ASAP, so I am just waiting for a telephone call or a letter with my date. Cant wait to throw my sticks away.
