Ive absolutely had enough of Ada County. The hospital is making us go through them to try and get financial assistance for Nikki and theyve done nothing but stand in our way. Their advocates are never available and never advocate, They made us go the entire month of November without insurance because of a pending application - without our consent, of course; the clerk keeps asking for paperwork that weve already submitted twice, and they all act like theyre more interested in their bureaucracy than in getting Nikki the help she needs. I could vent more, but Ill stick to the short version.
