Ive since lost the video, but grabbed it from the internet again so you can all remember the basis on which my notes are on, which I will be shortly providing here. So heres the general summing up of the video, sorry its late, had a few days being pulled every which way: The first part of the video explains how the point of the jetstreams we see in the sky, often known commonly as chemtrails, is reducing rain in some areas and causing drought, while in others it causes flooding. The planes are going in grid patterns which clearly shows a pattern of laying down chemicals, not just normal flights as were often told. The chemtrails are not a natural occurrence and are chemicals being held up in the atmosphere and slowly settling to the ground, which will be explained further later. Medical studies were shown that Alzheimer and Dimensia are greatly increased, as well as a huge increase in autism over the past 10 years. The apparent stated purpose for these jets streaming the chemicals in teh air was SRM (Solar Radiation Management) which means they are trying to bock the suns radiation. Chemtrails are actually properly coined by professionals as a particular area of Biochemical Engineering. The dislike using the word chemtrails. The UV levels are off the charts and a known hole in the ozone over the Canadian Arctic, with overall readings being up in the lethal levels. A study in Redding, CA showed the trees to be sickly and unhealthy, PH changes were found between 10-12 Alkaline in the soil from established USDA studies, which is way over the normal limit. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A board member asked, Why does the spraying create a drought in California, and flooding in the Mideast and midwest? The current speaker answered thus: When you aerosolize the storm track, you diminish and disperse the rain. Not to create rain, but to create artificial cloud cover, and because theres too many condensation nuclei, it tends to disperse that condensation as weve seen exactly over CA....tends to migrate moisture from one area to another creating drought and deluge. Affects are known. ...tends to affect the hydro-ecological cycle completely. When you have too many particles in the air, it diminishes it, becomes too small, so it begins to migrate moisture from one place to another. When you spray upstream in the storm track, it tends to migrate that moisture somewhere else, where it comes down in a deluge. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Media will not cover this information until the facts are clearly known by the public, unfortunately. The facts are very viable, however and anyone can look these facts up. This is a contamination issue and a health hazard, and the people petitioning the board in this meeting are often asking for disclosure of information so they can be alerted to what is happening to their environment. Another speaker said thus: Imagine walking outside on a cold day. You can see your breath. Thats condensation. (talks about person walking etc.) Now imagine you turn to walk back, and you see your breath for 2 miles back, the distance youve walked. The theory that planes are spraying condensation is like seeing your breath hovering there for 2 miles for up to an hour. The officials are trying to claim it is but condensation, but condensation does not linger like that. The sprays have large quantities of aluminum, strontium, and barium, and manganese, so a huge amount of aluminum is being found in the environment. Aluminum is never found naturally in a free form. It is always found in a bonded form. These studies are showing aluminum in free form. This is not a natural form of aluminum. Were in very great danger from the pollution thats coming down over us. And weve been led astray by the military industrial complex, and theyre responsible for the clouds creation, and weather manipulation programs. There are clouds in the sky weve never seen before. Every day, I see new clouds. Another speaker says: We were warned about the take-over of our freedoms by the military industrial complex...by both Eisenhower and Kennedy. (he continues briefly on the topic) Theyre gaining traction on us. The metal compounds being used are environmentally dangerous, says one speaker. We need to be monitoring them. We need to be testing them.....and believe me, Im seriously concerned by what Im watching. And another speaks: As a wildlife biologist, Ive been seeing the ecosystem collapse. When you lose all your stream organisms when you have aluminum overload in all your streams, youre killing your microbial bacteria, and youre disrupting the entire ecosystem, so it goes way beyond just a little pollution. Someone mentions how strange it is that Monsanto knew before, to create aluminum-resistant plants. Mentions that hes never heard anyone ask how they knew to do this if the aluminum is not an issue. Some data given in actual numbers: A scientist tested the lychids, which get all their nutrients from the air and rain, and it tells a lot of things about these affects. Aquatic insects took a nosedive in 2006, to about 20%. Sampled about 200 trout stomachs and 98% of them were empty. Major loss in bird species. The ecosystem is unraveling, and Autobon has been telling you that for years. Last water test (on rain): 13,100 micrograms per liter of aluminum in the rain in 2013, and it should normally be 0. In 2000-2010, it was in the hundreds. from 2010, in was in the thousands. In mount shasta, which is 8,000 feet, there are 61,000 micrograms per liter of aluminum, which is 4 times the amount found in the soil below. Te tests are shown to be the same internationally in scope. The data is coming from all over the world. PH in acid soils is 20 times more alkaline. The aluminum in the soil has doubled in the last 10 years. Nanoparticles are now in the circulatory systems of plants and humans. Another speaker says, In the last 5 years, Ive seen the number of patients with Alzheimers disease, Parkinsons, and other neurodegenerative diseases tremendously increase, almost quadruple We have this very common idea that when we make a mistake, we jump into this fix this at any price solution. It seems like this scenario is playing at the present time. These nanoparticles trigger a program in the brain. And thats the ultimate path in Alzheimers Lack of water and absorption of toxic chemicals are the main killers with (various) UV. There is a patent called chembomb and tons of aerosol can be released in a line up to 250 miles or in huge clusters of cirrus clouds. The words from a Pilot/Medical Professional: Ive also flown into Travis Air Force Base on several occasions. Theres a whole area designated to replenishing these planes that fly ad drop this chemical on us. Its totally guarded. The people loading these chemicals are dressed in complete hazmat outfits. So if this is not harmful, why are they dressed in a complete hazmat outfit? There was shown a 25% increase in lung problems in most areas that are being sprayed. They have been able to micronize the aluminum so it can stay up longer. It also means, and I dont know if any of you have had a metallic taste in your mouth when theyre spraying, but you inhale thatit goes up into your cribroforum plate, and into your brain. And yet they are using it in high quantities now. A speaker comes up, a lawyer... Hes being told this is put on by the UN, which has no jurisdiction over the USA, or any specific country. He guesses the taxpayer is the unknowing funding area for this project. A nanoparticle, as often mentioned above and then some below, is one billionth of a particle. The Air Force conducted a study in 1993, called In Vitro Toxicity of Aluminum Nanoparticles in rat alveolar macrophages. This is a fancy way of saying, testing the effect of aluminum nanoparticles on the white blood cells in the little air sacs of your lung...the alveoli. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alveolar_macrophage What they found in this 8 year study, was that these particles, when youre exposed to them long enough, suppress the ability of your white blood cells to defend you from airborne infections coming into your lungs. It suppresses your immune system. These same particles, once they get into your system, can actually go through the barrier in each one of your cells, and once inside, can suppress the ability of mitochondria, which are in the cells; mitochondria gobble up toxins and things that are harmful to the nucleus and reproduction process of the cells in your body. essentially by breathing these materials in, your immune system is dramatically suppressed. The materials going into the environment right now (aluminum oxide nanoparticles, barium nanoparticles) are the same materials used in nonothermate explosives. And so when this settles from the air into the environment, it is small enough to be sucked up by the root structure of trees, which means when there is a forest fire, the fires burn dramatically hotter. This raises the cost of healthcare and firefighting, and they have nearly doubled in the last 10 years. The amount of acres, and the impact of human health also an issue. NASA has conducted a research program in what they call metalized fuels. They put aluminum oxide right in the jet fuel, During the combustion process, it releases all the oxygen and dramatically increases efficiency, but it leaves the aluminum in the air. The next speaker, a medical professional, admits seeing Alzheimers in 56 year olds, but in the 70s, it was seen in 80 year olds. ADD started in the 70s and autism was undocumented. It was 1 in 100,000 children. Today it is 1 in 48 boys. The lawyer says that he got no answer from many levels of government whom he questioned, even after several attempts, showing his proof, and threats of suing the county. He wrote the Federal government on July 12, 2012 (a few various members) because the Air Force wrote a book that stated on its first page, Were going to control the weather by 2025. He says they are violating the United States code that prohibits the American government from experimenting on the US citizens with chemical agents. Ad if they do so, are supposed to report to congress within 30 days. The wrote him back, stating they dont know what hes talking about. They denied any knowledge of geochemical engineering weather warfare. They denied having any information when he filed Freedom of Information requests. He personally tested the water samples for aluminum, and found aluminum had 47 times the normal expected amounts, strontium had 10-20 times, and barium was 20 times. There was laws in Hawaii and New York to ban geoengineering. At the conclusion, the board was mindful. Comments were claimed valid. The board was angry that their congressmans representative was not present on such an important issue. Board calling for others to share the video and comments to let other know.
