Ive used FL Studio since I first began producing about 7 years ago and still use it to this day. I have released many tracks for commercial sale with it and toured as well. So I guess you could say It must be a good enough program to be accepted for commercial use, so why does it cop so much shit about being a noob program? So you could imagine growing up with this DAW I copped a lot of crap from the pros saying its a terrible program and the sound engine quality is shit etc and I should switch to Cubase or Logic to make it sound better, but I stuck with it and Im glad I did because as my production techniques evolved so did FL, and today it is now a very complete and professional DAW and I dont feel so embarrassed about using it! A few things I will admit about FL Studio, the native plugins suck and to record say a band or something similar though it would be a tad clumsy. But apart from that if you use 3rd party plugins as 99% of people do anyway, and if youre writing electronic music with VSTi I guess theres not that much to complain about.
