I’ve often discussed with my close friends the issue of how did we end up here….How is it possible after all the sacrifices, life’s lost, and people killed, how did we end up here. Our neighborhoods’ dilapidated, people of colour the worst in every metric you measure, from health too poverty and everything in between. None of these discussions provided a definitive answer, or one that just fit it we seem to always end up with an additional piece of the jigsaw puzzle. Sure, we came up with the usual and even some the not so usual reasons as discussed the general mainstream ….but none of them provided a definitive picture, the picture that finally pulled all the other pieces together…….until I heard this.
