JM We were, all of us, born with the universe inside of us, our souls born before the wind. Our souls younger, but long acquainted with the sun, the deep space nebulae, quasars and long lost stars. Hidden deep in ourselves we hold the power of them all. We were born with the power within us to make whirlwinds, the pounding surf and carousing rivers seem tame. We hold the power of solar flares, bright burning comets and black hole gravity within us, the name we call this power is LOVE. With that power we could heal all of the world’s ills. We could with all of that power, used for understanding, sing with the birds, swim with the fishes, read the clouds and see destiny within a grain of sand, not just in this universe, but in all the worlds in all the universes. Although, we daring brash humans believe that this power is not one we can harness, not one we ourselves can manipulate and maintain, and therein lies the rub. Instead of using that power, that compassion, that kindness, we bow to the feelings of inadequacies that instigate these little scuffles and kerfuffles instigating war and strife. Now listen well, no matter what the future brings, remain nothing if not true to yourself. Do not crumple in the face of your adversity, swapping your kindness for disregard as many humans do. If ever, oh ever, there is no tomorrow, just know that every victory and sorrow, those darling belong to you along. That your heart, your soul had shone through.
