JOB Vacancies The Citizens Foundation - USA OPERATIONS LEAD The Operations Lead will be responsible for providing support to TCF-USAs chapters in the USA. He/She will serve as the strategic thought partner to the CEO and the Board of TCF-USA to help define TCF-USAs growth and ensure that systems and procedures are in place for effective implementation. The position will require analyzing critical information and make actionable recommendations on strategic, financial and business operations. The position reports to the CEO and is based in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 4-year college degree with 2+years of experience in strategy or business development roles, preferably with a non-profit. Strong Computer/technology skills are required. Must be a self-starter with excellent communications skills. Knowledge of spoken Urdu preferred. COMMUNICATION LEAD The Communication Lead will develop and oversee all aspects of the TCF-USAs communication/Marketing Plan. Responsibilities will include development of all Communication material including print media, web site maintenance and social efforts. The ideal candidate for this position will be Marketing/ Communication professional with a college degree with 2+ years of experience in marketing or business development role. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Desktop Publishing and Microsoft Office products and social media is required. Knowledge of spoken Urdu preferred.
