Joh 1:12-13 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. We are Children of God - believers that is. a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; We are of God. We are partakers of His divine nature. We have his DNA. We are members of His family. Eph 2:19 - 22 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit. Our citizenship is in Heaven (Philp. 3:20). Sin no longer has dominion over us: Rom 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. Rom 6:15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. We are His Righteousness (In Christ). We are saved. We are Redeemed. We are His very own people, the sheep of His pasture. What a Privilege! What and Honor.
