Now our very own Deputy Prime Minister, Teo CH can only keep mum about this screw-up, hiding his tail between the legs. The most he can do is to announce plan to spend another few billion of our reserve to purchase more software, hardware and whatever is available so that he can hide behind them. Of course, it was not his fault – it is just that he has not spend enough to perfect the system yet.
