Brief Description To capture, analyze, disseminate and archive safety information to all concern, to ensure improvement of corporate safety Detailed Description · Collecting, collating, documenting and producing periodic safety reports and safety trends for the attention of the Flight Safety Manager. · Building and maintaining a sound and updated safety data bank of incidences reported within the company · Maintaining the FDMS (FOQA) data for necessary review. · Manage Air safety Library · Assist in preparation and production of periodic safety library Job Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Experience · University graduate preferably with a Bias in statistics · Diploma in information Systems · At least three years in data management · Working Knowledge of Airline Operations · Proficiency in IT Skills · Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills · High Degree of Personal Initiative · Team Player of unquestionable integrity · Ability to work independently without supervision · Excellent Analytical Skills Competencies · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Be able to demonstrate creativity and innovation while being able to maintain a high level of accuracy · Be able to work under pressure on their own initiative Additional Details · Achieved Key Result Areas · Customer survey/feedback · Up-to-date flight data quality and safety conformance database · Quality Reports and feedback · Audit findings compliance verification report · Summaries and recommendations for change.
