Job Title:Technical Designer Security/Analyst/Specialist/Sr Specialist(Based on Exp) Location: Gurgoan Purpose of the Role Prepare the technical solution and cost build output and provide technical risk assessment. Improve the technical competence of the Technical Design community in global environment Support large & complex contracts during the design, delivery phase. Facilitate pull through business in a sales /technical consultancy role. Key Skills 6-9 years of experience in Security Integration or Design Must have professional experience in the IT/Telecom/ITES industry, specifically in Pre/Post Sales for the design of Global Security setup Experience in network infrastructure environments including Routing, Switching and Network Security Have supported leading FW vendors, Cisco, Checkpoint. Juniper etc. Experience on Design and Implementation of Security Solutions using Cisco Firewalls/IPS Working knowledge of Managed Intrusion Prevention service ( such as McAfee, Cisco) Design and implementation experience of VPN Solution like remote IP SEC VPN, LAN to LAN and DM-VPN Knowledge of Identity based security solutions like 802.1x, Layer 2/ Layer 3 Security Technical knowledge of AAA(Tacacs/Radius) , web access security for Proxy based solutions(Bluecoat/Websense) and Host based Security Solutions (Cisco NAC/Juniper UAM) Knowledge of load balancing solutions using Cisco ACE / F5/Radware Multivendor Product Knowledge in Security will be an added advantage like Juniper, Macfee, check point, Skybox, Working knowledge of content filtering service focused on e-mail (Symantec solutions providing content control, antivirus, antispam and image control across messages coming through the mail system) Effective inter-personal, leadership, communication and presentation skills; and ability to work within / lead technical teams. Should have worked in Global environment and have supported client in 24/7 environment Job Responsibilities Identify, understand and document our clients security requirements; provide design support during the bid phase where required and post contract. Can produce High Level & Low Level Design Documents using various tools. Produce cost-effective technical solutions in order to achieve Clients Global Services business objectives. Use pricing tools and systems to produce cost builds. Establish and maintain good working and technical relationships with Client and non-Client suppliers and influence product portfolio direction. Liaison closely with other Client Global Services departments (Sales, Presales Propositions, and GCSO) to ensure that appropriate systems and skilled resource are fully utilized or developed where necessary. Choice of solutions technologies / services to best fit our clients requirements. Assessment of technical risk. Develop effective interfaces and understanding with Client Design departments in order to provide world class solutions. To produce, authorize and implement detailed designs in accordance with the agreed network design architecture. Manage and motivate account specific design team to maximize utilization and customer satisfaction. To actively support, at all times, company policy and best practice in the area of security, with particular emphasis on the protection of sensitive customer information.
